Month to Month Coaching

CoachingOngoing support that includes 3-scheduled Coaching calls per month, unlimited email communication, evaluation of practice indicators, and additional Coaching calls as necessary to complete practice goals. Topics are to be discussed with client based on individual needs. Typical areas of focus are Leadership and Goals, Confidence Based Case Presentation, Communicating Conditions with Technology, Marketing, A/R Management, Treatment Planning, Communication, Scheduling Efficiency, Effective Recall Systems, Cross Trained Teams, Ending Insurance Dependency, Fee Analysis, Resolving Objections, DISC training, Trust Based Communication with Patients.

 

Practice Evaluation

More than 150 areas of your practice are evaluated to discover areas of limitation, with a written report and plan of action at the conclusion. This evaluation includes private interviews with each team member in addition to observation of their communication with you, each other, and your patients. Systems efficiency is a focal point, as well as software utilization, treatment planning communication skills, and many other areas crucial to the success of the practice. This is typically a two-day project, which includes a team meeting on the second day to share findings and involve the team in implementing solutions.

 

Team Building and Communication

Services that fall under this category include Training with the DISC model, Team Conflict Resolution, Accountability Reviews, Employee Satisfaction Reviews, Employee Manuals (Agreements), Goal Setting for the Team, Building Trust in each other, and Leadership potential within the team.

 Your practice indicators are analyzed to determine the level of additional compensation available to be paid to your team as the practice grows. Teams who see “what’s in for them” will be more willing to promote the practice and more enrolled in the Doctor’s vision. A team meeting either in person or on a conference call is included to enroll the team in the process and inform them of the system of compensation available.

 

Software Utilization

This evaluation is typically a one-day project (depending on the size of the practice). It includes an evaluation of all Practice Management functions pertaining to your software, including but not limited to: Patient tracking, insurance processing and management of outstanding insurance, scheduling to production, tracking of referral sources as well as outgoing, A/R management, treatment management, provider productivity tracking, service code productivity tracking, and usage of technology in presenting treatment.

 

Leadership

 Included in Month to Month Coaching, but also available as a stand alone one-day seminar in the office (or in a retreat style venue) for group practices who wish to elevate the associate or partner relationships with the team. This includes private interviews with team members and leaders to determine areas of focus and opportunities for growth. This will also include a Leadership Profile for the practice with an action plan at conclusion.

 

Practice Image and Branding

This is a project for the practice that wants to focus on image both in and out of the office. It includes evaluation of all marketing and collateral materials, advertising, and physical facility with a focus on the patient’s perception of the practice. Areas evaluated include but are not limited to body language, verbal skills, presentation of treatment, internal and external marketing, presence in the community, signage, logo and web page applications, wellness center, and professional relationship building. A 12 Month Marketing plan is an optional add on to this project, and a natural fit.
